The WiFi was great, but the bed was really hard.

The breakfast was satisfying, and I had a great time discovering eateries nearby like WE BE's Pinoy-style Japanese food. Additionally, the staff really shone by assisting with luggage up the stairs, making the stay easy-going and relaxed.
Sure, lugging luggage up stairs was a bit of a workout, and only solid soap bars were available, but it’s all good—there's a mall just two minutes away for anything you need.

the room was a bit dated, and the no tea or coffee left us parched. I expected complimentary goodies, but instead, I had to endure a hard bed. the staff's attempt to wake me with the dog whining outside was truly unforgettable, though not in a good way. I almost gave a positive review but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28friendly staffinconsistent hot water
The warm welcome from the staff, complete with complimentary drinks and cold towels, truly set a positive tone for our stay.
However, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, often running lukewarm, which was disappointing during my morning routine.

free shuttle service to airport, proximity to SM mall, walking distance to Baywalk
The lift is nonexistent!!! The rooms need a serious update and better noise control to manage outside disruptions. Additional charges for tours should be clearly stated beforehand!!! Please ensure better WiFi reliability, as it underperformed during my stay.

Nice pool area offered a chill spot for relaxation after a long day. Free drinking water refills were a nice touch for a mid-range stay.
Two small bottles of drinking water per day felt a bit stingy, considering similar places provide it on tap. Hard bed made for some uncomfortable nights, and there’s no elevator to the upper floors, making lugging luggage a workout. Breakfast hit the mark but could’ve been better if included in the rate, as options are limited if you choose not to eat at the hotel.

Great Experience for Our Puerto Princesa Getaway!
We enjoyed a delightful stay! The staff provided a warm welcome with complimentary drinks, and the comfortable deluxe room featured lovely decor. Don't miss the serene pool area for relaxation. However, keep in mind that only a couple of bottled waters are included daily—a refill station would be a plus!

Had a wonderful time enjoying the free breakfast and relaxing by the lovely garden area. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind. Just a heads up, the lack of an elevator might be a concern for some, but the staff were super helpful with my bags. 😊

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and had a king-size bed. It was clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly. However, the lack of a safe in the room was a bit concerning. The bathroom could use some updates as well, but the overall comfort was decent. Also, don’t forget the bar downstairs. they have some unique cocktails.

Couples seeking comfort
Had a suite for 2 nights. The staff were so friendly we felt at home, especially Elmer who helped with details for our underground river tour.
It wasn't cheap but it was still alright.
